Your staff have been absolutely fantastic with my mum and have looked after her like a queen. Mum has enjoyed their company and, knowing that they communicate with each other and work so well together as a team. I have been able to relax in the knowledge that I can rely on them and that she is happy and safe with them. Having vascular dementia, being diabetic and having one or two other problems does not make life easy for mum, but your staff have always treated her with the utmost patience and respect.
Without such a service as the one that you and your staff provide, many elderly people like mum would not be able to stay in the comfort and familiar surroundings of their own home, and I thank you for all the help you have given us.
